I paid seller to deliver the product, but Wei Li sent the product to another country. Even when I indicated the issue with invoice, she did not take my note into account. Eventually, the parcel is not delivered. The seller did not make full refund for products shifting responsibility to logistic company and to me. Told me to complaint to FedEx, but local FedEx forwarded me to office in China, where I cannot complain since I do know the language. In the result, I left with less than half of my money, and waited for 2.5 months. Alibaba Officier Mia Gao was really subjective and only supported the seller.
